• Managed and supervised QC / QA observation and inspection for projects throughout the Western US.  
• Project experience includes mining sites; dams; retention & detention ponds; Stormwater Management inspections & Erosion Control; QC inspections at nuclear power plants & fossil fuel plants, as well as geothermal plants; landfill and special waste holding facilities; water treatment facilities; and various other commercial projects.
• Background includes environmental investigations and assessments, and compliance & enforcement for the Arizona Department of Environmental Quality, and compliance inspections for other municipalities.
• Garrett has spent the majority of his working career in Colorado and Arizona, and believes each are equally beautiful in scenery.
